At LV Furniture, we want you to love your home; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all furniture remains in its original packaging and unassembled condition to qualify for a return.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account or use our guest portal to submit a return request with your order number and photos of the item.
Receive Authorization
Our quality control team will review your request within 48 hours and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
Schedule Pickup or Shipping
For small items, use the provided prepaid label; for large furniture pieces, we will coordinate a professional freight pickup from your residence.
Inspection and Refund
Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
